If SENSIWIPE isn’t right for you, let us know within 30 days of delivery. Send it back and we’ll refund your money in full, no questions asked.

How to return

1. Email hello@thoapy.com with your order number to let us know you’re returning it.
2. Post your return to:

   Australia
3. Once your return arrives, we’ll refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return postage is at your cost. We recommend a tracked service, as we can’t be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, and you won’t need to send anything back.

Lost orders
If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your order hasn’t arrived within 21 business days of dispatch, contact us and we’ll send a replacement or refund your order.
