Where we ship

We ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and many other countries. If your country is available at checkout, we deliver there.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order, in every country we ship to. All deliveries are tracked and insured.

Processing and delivery

Orders are sent from our fulfilment partner's warehouse and are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times vary by country and carrier, and can occasionally be affected by customs, weather or peak periods. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

Duties and taxes

Any taxes that apply are shown at checkout. Some countries may charge import duties on delivery; these are set by local customs.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Damaged or lost orders

If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive, see our Refund Policy. We'll replace it or refund you.
