Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on all US orders, including one-time purchases and every Subscribe & Save delivery.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather or peak periods.
Tracking
When your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery.
Subscription orders
Subscribe & Save orders are processed automatically on your renewal date and follow the same processing and delivery times above.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Damaged or lost orders
If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive, see our Refund Policy. We'll replace it or refund you.
