1. About these terms
This website, thoapy.com (the "Site"), is operated by THOAPY ("we", "us", "our"), Level 4, 29 Kiora Road, Miranda NSW 2228, Australia. By using the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Subscription Policy and Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. We currently sell and ship to customers in the United States only.
3. Our products
SENSIWIPE is a personal-care product intended for external use only. It is not a medicine or medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Information on the Site is general and is not medical advice. If you have a medical condition, wounds, stitches, or ongoing pain or bleeding, talk to your doctor before using any new personal-care product. Stop use if irritation occurs.
We try to describe and display our products accurately, including ingredients, sizes and images. Colors and packaging may vary slightly from what's shown.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders you've already placed. Payment is taken when you place your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.
5. Subscriptions
If you choose Subscribe & Save, your subscription renews automatically and you'll be charged the subscription price shown at checkout on each renewal date until you cancel. You can skip, pause or cancel at any time online or by email, as described in our Subscription Policy.
6. Shipping, refunds and returns
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Refunds, including our 30-day money-back guarantee, are covered by our Refund Policy.
7. Using the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, access it without authorization, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
8. Reviews and content you send us
If you submit a review, comment or other content, you confirm it reflects your genuine experience and doesn't infringe anyone's rights. You give us permission to display and use it in connection with our business. We may remove content at our discretion.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including the THOAPY and SENSIWIPE names, logos, text and images, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use it without our written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided "as is" and we make no warranties beyond those set out in these terms, our policies, or required by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our products, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. This doesn't take away any protection you have under the consumer laws of the place where you live.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site when you place an order applies to that order.
