How Subscribe & Save works
When you choose Subscribe & Save, you agree to be charged automatically for a new bottle of SENSIWIPE every month at the subscription price shown at checkout, until you cancel. Shipping is free on every subscription delivery.
- Your first order is charged when you check out.
- Each renewal is charged automatically to your saved payment method on your renewal date, one month after your previous order.
- We'll email you a receipt for every charge.
Skip, pause or cancel any time
You're never locked in. There's no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee.
- Online: log in to your account at thoapy.com and open your subscription to skip a delivery, change your date, pause or cancel.
- By email: email hello@thoapy.com with the email address on your account and we'll do it for you.
To avoid being charged for your next delivery, cancel or skip before your next renewal date. Once a renewal has been charged, you can still contact us for a refund if the order hasn't shipped yet.
Price changes
If your subscription price changes, we'll email you at least 30 days before the new price applies, so you can cancel beforehand if you wish.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we'll email you and try again. Your subscription may be paused or cancelled if payment can't be completed.
